Cheltenham National Hunt Festival 2012

Tuesday 13th - Friday 16th March 

Regarded as the biggest race meeting of the sporting calendar, the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival is a perfect opportunity to entertain clients in spectacular surroundings. Finders Keepers have first class hospitality packages for you to entertain important clients. Facilities available include Glass Fronted boxes with balconies along with our luxuriously appointed marquees situated in the hub of the tented village

Needham & Needham boxes

The Finders Keepers Boxes within the Needham & Needham structure at Cheltenham are regarded as the top facilities on the course. They are further up the racecourse closer to the finishing line (please see map below) and are seen as more up market facility than the other glass boxes. They have a superb balcony where you can soak up the atmosphere that Cheltenham offers. Private boxes for are available for 24 to 50 guests. Smaller numbers can be booked with private tables available for 8 to 12 guests.

Glass boxes with balconies

Finders Keepers also able to offer the Glass Boxes with balconies that are a little further down the racecourse (please see map below). Private boxes for this structure are available for 40 guests. Smaller numbers can be booked in larger shared boxes with private tables for 8 to 12 guests.

Private boxes for the Needham & Needham Boxes are available for 24 to 60 guests. Smaller numbers can be booked with private tables available for 8 to 12 guests.

Marquee Packages > Gold and Platinum Packages

Our superb luxuriously appointed marquees are situated in the hub of the tented village, metres away from the Guinness Grandstand. We offer two types of packages for the marquees, the Gold and the Platinum. The difference between the two is the Gold Package which includes a Tattersal Admission Ticket instead of a Club Enclosure Badge. Bookings for the marquees can be made for 2 guests upwards. Private tables are available for 8 to 12 guests. Smaller numbers will be on shared tables.
