Henley Royal Regatta 2010

What better way to spend a quintessentially English day than at Henley Royal Regatta with its idyllic riverside setting, first class hospitality and relaxing environment. Steeped in tradition, going back more than 150 years, Henley Royal Regatta attracts Olympic and first class oarsman from around the world. Finders Keepers have fantastic hospitality packages for you to entertain clients.

Corporate Hospitality Packages:

Temple Island Restaurant Is Henley’s premier location, situated right in the heart of the action. No number is too few for a reservation within our riverside restaurant where private table are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 guests.

Private Riverside Chalets Luxury riverside chalets are available for a minimum of 30 guests on one or more days of the Regatta. Each chalet has its own bar, dining area and a private garden leading down to the river.

Your package will include:

• o Admission to Temple Island Enclosure
• o River cruise for one and half hours with Pimms, Bucks Fizz    and soft drinks on board (optional)
• o Morning coffee and pastries on arrival
• o Champagne, Pimms and canapé reception
• o Four course luncheon
• o Fine wines, port and brandy
• o Afternoon tea, strawberries and cream, sandwiches and individual patisserie
• o Complimentary bar throughout the day including champagne
• o Official programme (1 per 2 guests)
• o Floral decorations
• o Colour televisions within the chalet
• o Reserved car parking, yards from chalet
• o Live ‘official regatta race commentary’ within chalet
• o Riverside bandstand featuring morning and afternoon jazz
